Where restoration begins.

Punarnava (Sanskrit: to renew, to come back to life) is a native and medicinal plant nursery located in Aralumallige village, Doddaballapur taluk, 30km from Bengaluru.

Founded by Seema Mali as the physical answer to a gap she identified across 25 years of ecological restoration work: the right plants for the right landscape simply were not available at scale anywhere in Karnataka.

NMPB PROJECT

A project approved and funded by the National Medicinal Plants Board (NMPB), Regional Centre for South India, is producing 33,000 high-quality planting materials of five key medicinal species.
